This WEVO transmission mount kit is designed to update worn and degraded gearbox mounts on G50 equipped Porsche cars. The design of this beam includes non-serviceable rubber mounts. These parts are now many years old and can be in dangerously fragile condition – allowing engine and transmission movement in the chassis that leads to poor gear selection and abnormal stresses on oil fittings and other systems bridging the powertrain and bodyshell.

The pictures show a beam that has been modified by WEVO – what yours should look like when you have modified it. The pillows shown are black but this is for blue – slighty stiffer. This system uses the same basic components as the WEVO SS Engine mounts, that are designed for use on G50 chassis of the same vintage.
