Description

The 901, 915 and 930 equipped 911 chassis all used a 24 mm Ø main shift tube with a double “S” bend to clear the emergency brake mechanism. The deflection in the tube makes the shift tube less rigid, less precise in delivering the gear selection commands to the transmission.

WEVO has manufactured these racing shift tubes for direct connection to our Racing PSJ shift coupler. The straight, thin-walled tube design allows for a lighter construction, saving 500g over the original shift tube when modified to accept the WEVO Racing PSJ.
