- Comments Off on WEVO Porsche Parts: not just for Racing
It’s a common misconception that the range of WEVO Porsche Parts are built for racing cars. The truth is, they’re suitable for all Porsches, whether road, race or rally.

The original Porsche designers were working to a draft of simplicity, for both weight and cost. Though Porsche are a prestige manufacturer, they have always manufactured in volume, so anything saved on the cost of one part is multiplied by many thousands at the end of the financial year.
This is how budgetary constraints lead manufacturers to hold back on component optimisation, as time or money spent on fine tuning all adds to cost. We’ll be running Woodstock on Monday at Spa in this new outfit.

Shivory and I had met in California a few years ago and this beautifully tuned, carburetted clone carried my wife and me around that state for a week. This offer could not be refused. The pink slip for 48 hours was obtained.
Jim Garfield and several of the local membership had produced the roadbook and selected the pitstops. We gathered at 8 on Friday morning in Newburgh NY and after [...]
