- Comments Off on RSR finish Forged Fuchs-style wheels in standard and custom offset
After many years of scouting and testing, including an outright scam-job by a potential supplier, we have finally launched a wheel range which we are confident of will satisfy our client base.
Not only do TwinSpark offer factory standard offsets, but also custom offsets for those of you who are hot-rodding your later cars into early body styles, or building race cars with FIA compliant set ups, who find it hard to find affordable, correct looking solutions.
TwinSpark have had a few decisions to make on the road to this launch:
What maximum width do we provide?
We have decided to limit the width to 12J as we consider this the maximum for a 15″ wheel and 11J for the 16″ wheels. The benchmark we used to determine these measurements was a set of widened Fuchs wheels, with a similar construction to our new wheels, which measured 14J and under use of slicks at Assen Race [...]

- Comments Off on Jack Olsen Update: Black Beauty Porsche Video
I swapped some emails with fellow R Grupper Jack Olsen this week, catching up on news of Black Beauty II. Jack and I have not yet met, but he was the inspiration behind pics for my last set of t-shirts. His popular 911 has inspired much, much more.

The thread has been running for eight or more years, and has some top notch laughs; those in the know snapped up the shirts when we shot them like Jack.
Jack’s car is a legend. His first car – Black Beauty I: a ’73 911 running [...]

- Comments Off on WEVO shifter in the bitchin’est Rally Car in Europe
Dropped into Tuthill Porsche earlier this week, where the team are getting Glenn Janssens’ Belgian Historic Championship-winning 911 together ahead of the season opener in Haspengouw on February 22-23.
Janssens will defend the title in his mega 911, as seen in the Chris Harris video below. The 3.5-litre twin-plug Porsche still runs the EB Motorsport slide throttle system as on sale in the Twinspark Racing shop but this year has added another Twinspark Racing product, in the form of a WEVO Billet Shifter with SL superlight shift knob.
We’ll be following Glenn’s progress through the year. Enjoy the video!
