As I type this, the boys are all at the circuit getting signed in on the 2011 TwinSpark Racing Spa track day. Leonard has come with the Hulk, so we should have some fun around Spa with that this morning. I’ve just waved Paul and Chris off from the hotel:

Weather here is brightening up, nice breeze in the trees. The forecast is for sunshine later. We have slicks ready to go on the car for a warm track, or wets for something colder.

Not too late a night last night. I got here about 4.30 and shared a beer or two with some of the early Impact Bumpers crowd. People started trickling in throughout the evening, L arrived from Amsterdam about 6.30 and the last in was at 9.30: Hamish, who has come across from Frankfurt. Lights out was 12.30 for me – I could have done with a few more hours to be honest!

Still, we’re all awake and ready for fun. Some great cars and great guys here today. Looking forward to a fun day out and a safe ride home to England tonight, ahead of my flight to California tomorrow for Rennsport Reunion IV.
