- Comments Off on Twinspark Porsche 911 SC RS Front Bumper
Just released by EB Motorsport is this super cool Porsche 911 SC RS front bumper for standard or narrow-body 911 SC, 3.2 Carrera, 911S and more: all non-Turbo bodied 911s from 1974 to 1989.
Moulded from the same GENUINE factory SC RS front bumper as the EB widebody version, this is the perfect solution to corroding aluminium impact front bumper on older Porsche cars.
Quality is excellent, weight is almost nothing. Brake duct holes and those side flares in the air dam are a very cool addition. Where you’re a racer or a hot rodder, this is the must-have tuning/styling addition of 2013.

- Comments Off on Porsche 935 Replica goes to Auction in November
The forthcoming Historics at Brooklands sale on November 24th will feature a Porsche 935 replica. OK, it is yellow, but under that tail is said to live a proper 935 engine, built by German specialist, Andrew Mirow.
Mirow built this car from a 1973 911 Coupe in 1997. The body was done by Folger Styling, with DP Motorsport panels including the ground-effect aero and that double deck rear wing. Brakes are 930, as is the transmission: four-speed with LSD.
“Adding greatly to its appeal and rarity,” says the vendors, “the car is fitted with a genuine Porsche 935 racing engine built by Mirow, with twin KKK K26 turbochargers and intercooler”. 0-60mph happens in 3.1 seconds, and is all done in first gear. Engine [...]
